LOUISA WOMAN PLEADS GUILTY TO HAVING SEX WITH UNDERAGED BOY

LOUISA, Ky. — Sex offenders led off the docket in Lawrence Circuit Court this past Friday.  Two accused sex offenders were in court with one receiving a probated sentence and the other had her sentencing date set. A third, who is charged with first degree rape is out on a $50,000 bond.  Accused murderer Stanley Webb Jr. whose April 2016 crime spree left two innocent people dead at Blaine, got a trial date for late next year.

Audrey Horn Audrey Horn, 29 Pled Guilty on Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, 1st degree Sex Act, under the age of 16 (amended) and Unlawful Transaction w/Minor- 2nd degree. Will be final sentenced on 11-10-16, Commonwealth’s offer being 5 years on each charge the latter being Supervised Probation & Home Incarceration, charges being run consecutive.

James G. Moore James Moore, 65 Was sentenced on the charge of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years probated over 5 years with other conditions. On a separate case and charge of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration defendant was sentenced to 1 year probated over 5 years, with other conditions and concurrent with the first case. The charge of Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed.

Steven L. PriceSteven Price, 28 Was present on the charge of Rape, 1st degree, Victim under the age of 12 years of age. A pretrial conference was set for 12-9-16 and the defendant was released on a $50,000 bond by Circuit Judge John D. Preston.

 Brandon BirtBrandon Birt, 29 Was present for a Motion To Revoke Felony Probation. Defendant stipulates to violations. Probation was revoked and remanded to the Dept. of Corrections.

Alexis J. BoydAlexis Boyd, 22 Was present to answer to charges of Bail-jumping 1st degree. A hearing was set for 10-28-16.  Defendant also there to answer to charges of Complicity 1st degree Possession of CS/Cocaine, 1st offense and Complicity Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia, 1st offense.  Hearing set for 10-28-16.

Melissa Castle, 29 was present for Probation Violation for felony offense. Probation was revoked and defendant was remanded to the Dept. of Corrections.

Vanessa Dillon Vanessa Dillon, 28 was on the docket for a Probation Violation. Defendant was not present and a bench warrant was issued.

Rodney FletcherRodney Fletcher, 45 pled guilty on Complicity Trafficking In a Controlled Substance, 1st offense, received 5 years supervised probation, 30 days jail and 240 days of home incarceration. Final sentencing will be held on 11-10-16. Defendant to remain on bond until that time.

Lori. L. HallLori Hall, 43 present for a Motion to Revoke Probation on a felony offense. Hearing set for 10-28-16.

Sandra K. HatfieldSandra Hatfield, 36 on the docket for Motion to Revoke Felony Probation on two cases. The defendant is in Rowan Co. Det. Center and the case was reset for 10-28-16.

Brittany HicksBrittany Hicks, 28 present for Motion to Revoke Probation, hearing set for 10-28-16.

Wayde A. LeedyWayde Leedy, present on charges of Burglary, 1st degree and Assault, 1st degree. Case reset for 10-28-16.

Robert A. LocklearRobert Locklear, 44 present on charge of Flagrant Non Support. Case reset for 10-28-16.

Candy N. MayCandy May, 23 was present on a bond violation on the charge of Complicity Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st offense. Hearing was set for 10-28-16.

Ashley Maynard Ashley Maynard, 27 was sentenced on Complicity Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000. Defendant sentenced to 3 Years Probation Supervised over 5 years. Consecutive to a Martin Co. Case.

Bradley E. ParsleyBradley Parsley, 38 was arraigned on the charge of Flagrant Non-Support. Pretrial was set for 11-10-16 and defendant to remain on bond.

Wayne A ReynoldsWayne Reynolds, 23 present for a Motion for Shock Probation. Defendant was denied.

Alyssa Roberts, 27 was present for a Bond Revocation Hearing on the charge of Complicity Manufacturing Methamphetamine. Defendant stipulates to violations, will go to a Rehab Placement and will remain incarcerated until placement occurs.

Wilma Shadd Wilma Shadd, 64 present on charges of Trafficking In a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree 1st offense, 1st Degree Possession of Cs/Cocaine, 1st offense, Drug Paraphernalia Possession and Public Intoxication Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol) The case Moot.

Chad a. SteppChad Stepp, 31 present on charges of Complicity Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense, Complicity Traffic in a Controlled Sub, 2nd or greater offense, Complicity Fraudulent Use of ID Card of Electronic Code for Benefits (2 Counts) Complicity to Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Complicity Possession of Marijuana and Persistent Felony Offender. Case was reset by Agreed order.

Matthew Webb Matthew Webb, 32 was present on a motion to reduce bond on charges of Complicity Manufacturing Methamphetamine and Persistent Felony Offender. Motion was granted, defendant given home incarceration.

Stanley Webb Jr.Stanley Webb, Jr., 48 was on the docket for a status hearing on 2 counts of Murder, Theft by Unlawful Taking or DISP Auto $10,000 or greater but under $1,000,000, Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm. A trial date was set for this case on 11-13-17.

April Cook, 31 was present on the charge of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 1st offense. Case was reset for 11-10-17
