LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – SEPTEMBER 15-22 , 2016

 

JAIL ARRESTS IN THE PAST SEVEN DAYS WERE SLIGHTLY BELOW AVERAGE IN LAWRENCE COUNTY AND THE NEIGHBORING COUNTIES THAT USE THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER. THE NUMBER OF ARRESTS IN THE AREA HAVE STAYED MOSTLY BELOW AVERAGE THIS MONTH WHEN COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS WEEKS DURING THIS SUMMER.

From 12:01 A.M., September 15, 2016 to 11:59 P.M., September 21, 2016; 93 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Out of the 93 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in this last 7 day period of September 15-21, 11 arrests were from Lawrence County. (There have been a total of 36 arrests so far this month in Lawrence County).

The number of people booked each day from September 15 thru September 21 at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville was as the following: THURSDAY-SEPTEMBER 15: 15, FRIDAY-SEPTEMBER 16: 17, SATURDAY-SEPTEMBER 17: 13, SUNDAY-SEPTEMBER 18: 7, MONDAY-SEPTEMBER 19: 13, TUESDAY-SEPTEMBER 20: 12, WEDNESDAY-SEPTEMBER 21: 16.

Those eleven individuals arrested in Lawrence County in the past seven days are the following:

Jacob GambleJacob Gamble, 19, of Salyersville, Kentucky; was arrested on September 15, 2016, at 6:32 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • LEAVING SCENE OF ACCIDENT-FAILURE TO RENDER AID OR ASSISTANCE, • CARELESS DRIVING, • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATOR LICENSE, • POSSESSING LICENSE WHEN PRIVILEGES ARE REVOKED, • FAILURE TO SURRENDER REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF LEGEND DRUG.

 

Melissa RuffMelissa Ruff, 45, of Louisa, was arrested on September 15, 2016, at 6:36 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED, • PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE.

Lori L. HallLori L. Hall, 43, of Louisa, was arrested on September 15, 2016, at 11:58 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

Lori Hall was arrested just four days earlier along with Roxanne Price, on September 11, by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL /DRUGS/ ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.

Roxanne L. PriceRoxanne L. Price, 37, of Louisa, was arrested on September 16, 2016, at 12:10 A.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500, • POSSESSING LICENSE WHEN PRIVILEGES ARE REVOKED.

Roxanne Price was arrested just four days earlier, along with Lori Hall, on September 11, by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

 

Lowell Justin MaynardLowell Justin Maynard, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on September 16, 2016, at 8:06 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 2ND OFFENSE, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 3RD OFFENSE, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE.

 

Juanita J. OBryanJuanita J. O’Bryan, 37, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on September 17, 2016, at 4:25 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • LICENSE TO BE IN POSSESSION, • OPERATING VEHICLE WITH EXPIRED OPERATORS LICENSE, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/ INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.


Christopher S. MarcumChristopher S. Marcum, 41, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 17, 2016, at 9:28 P.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON, • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (UNDER $100), • RESERVATION HUNTING/FISHING/TRAPPING WITHOUT LICENSE.


Alyssa L. RobertsAlyssa L. Roberts, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on September 21, 2016, at 3:58 P.M., by deputy Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE.


 

 

Stacy D. Horn ChildersStacy D. Horn – Childers, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on September 17, 2016, at 8:10 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE U/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 2ND OFFENSE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (DRUG UNSPECIFIED), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.


Bradley E. ParsleyBradley E. Parsley, 38, of Louisa, was arrested on September 21, 2016, at 8:25 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY).

 

 

Christopher Neal WrightChristopher Neal Wright, 34, of Salyersville, Kentucky, was arrested on September 21, 2016, at 10:04 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY).
