Agnes Lee Conley Lyon

1945 – 2016 

Agnes Lee Conley Lyon, 71, passed away Monday, June 6, 2016 at The Jordan Center in Louisa, KY.

She was born April 29, 1945 in Boyd County, KY the daughter of the late Hobert and Frances Rice Conley.
She taught Home Economics in Sharonville, OH and Special Education at Lawrence County High School. She was also a member of the Louisa United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Angela Lyon of Morehead, KY and the father of her daughter, Richard (Sam) Lyon of Louisa, KY; three brothers, Bob Conley and Gene Conley of Ashland, KY and Otto Conley of Statesville, NC; one sister, Geraldine Williams of Beckville, TX; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobert and Frances Conley of Catlettsburg, KY; two sisters, her twin sister Iris Porter of Ashland, KY and Alberta Smith of Flatwoods, KY; two brothers, Bythel Conley of Boyd County KY and Hobert Conley Jr. of Boyd County KY.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 9, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Louisa United Methodist Church with Rev. Otto Conley and Rev. Dan Smith officiating.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday June 9th from 11:00 am until time of services at the Louisa United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Louisa United Methodist Church Building Fund.
