Bobby Joe Jones

1932 – 2016

Bobby Joe Jones, 83, of Louisa, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, Kentucky.

Bobby was born November 1, 1932 in Louisa, a son of the late John and Maude Arrington Jones. He was a retired mail carrier for the United States Postal Service and was also retired with 16 years of services in the United States Air Force and 4 years in the United States Marine Corp.

Survivors include his loving wife, Elsie Leming Jones of Louisa, Ky.; three daughters, Kelli Jones of Ashland, Ky.; Dawn (Rick) Justice of Ashland, Ky.; Jeri Rose of Hudson, Fla.; stepson, Charles Steven (Debbie) Mink of Blue River, Ky.; grandchildren, Benjamin Grimm, Rebekah Tolliver, Jon Blankenship, Brandon Rose, Amber Rose, Charles Steven Mink Jr., Linda Gail Mink, Jeffery Daniel Mink; step grandchildren, Jessica Justice and Megan Justice; great grandchildren, Michelle Mink, Leslie Mink, Austin Mink, Ava LeAnn Peterson, Olivia Rose Peterson, Luke Tolliver, Jonah Blankenship, Eli Blankenship, Carlee Blankenship; great great grandchildren, Jayce Simpson and Auna Leigh Mink.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 PM Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Young Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be 11:00AM til time of service on Saturday at Young Funeral Home Chapel.
