PRESTONSBURG, Ky. – Deborah Trimble, president and CEO of Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center, was the recipient of the Faculty Service award during Big Sandy Community and Technical College’s commencement ceremonies on May 6-7 at the Mountain Arts Center.
