Sentenced to 5 years with enhancement to 10 years Probation. 5 years unsupervised with other conditions. Burglary, 3rd Degree and Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree. Burglary 3Rd, amended to a misdemeanor 180 days time served, Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed.
Kevin Music, 38 Charged with 2 Counts of Complicity to Burglary, 3rd Degree and Possession of Burglary Tools. Defender remains on bond and pre trial set for May 13th 2016.
Ronnie B. Shannon, 21 Sentenced to 2 years to serve on one count of Complicity of Receiving Stolen Property (firearm) and one count of Complicity of Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance within 1000 ft. Of a school. 2 days of jail credit given.

(2 years) Complicity of Possession of Marijuana (90 days) Complicity of Possessionof Drug Paraphernalia, 1st offense (12 months) and Complicity of Illegal Legend Drug (90 days) All to be ran concurrent. Incarcerated at BSRDC.
