John M. Oliver, 25, of Louisa, turned himself in March 25, 2016 at 12:25 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a weekend jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Teri L Sammons, 34, of Warfield, Kentucky; turned herself in March 25, 2016 at 6:00 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a weekend jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Leslie Howell, 49, of Louisa, was arrested March 25, 2016 at 7:17 P.M., by Sergeant Ed Cordle  of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

David Hoeft, 52, of Louisa, was arrested on March 26, 2016 at 11:56 A.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY [ 2 COUNTS ],  • MENACING.

Jeffery Kitchen, 42, of Louisa, was arrested on March 26, 2016 at 10:34 P.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATORING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE.

April L. Meeks, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on March 27, 2016 at 2:04 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY.

James M. Kise, 47, of Louisa, was arrested March 27, 2016 at 8:33 P.M., by trooper Forrest Newsome of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Bertha Meade, 53, of Louisa, was arrested March 28, 2016 at 3:47 P.M., by Sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500, • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND DEGREE .

Jason Maynard, 23, of Louisa, was arrested on March 29, 2016 at 10:46 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY.

Anthony R. Chapman, 46, of Louisa,  turned himself in March 30, 2016 at 2:12 P.M., to the Lawrence County Jail Transport to serve a weekend jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Lawrence Gasner, 28, of Louisa, was arrested March 31, 2016 at 9:48 P.M., by patrolman officer Julius Musick of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:  • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
