Lawrence Co. Head Coach Scott Johnson

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… The Pikeville game was a tense match.  We knew they had come off 6 straight wins and beat up on Prestonsburg the week before, so we knew we had our hands full.  Our defense played outstanding and kept Matt Mullins from making much happen. Offensively, we really took advantage of all of our opportunities.”

“ The championship match seems like a broken record. Lawrence Co. versus Prestonsburg and It will be the 4th time for us in this game. I imagine it will be a chippy physical game and very close.  It will be worth admission.”
