Jim Noe, 83, of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 5, 2024. Jim was born August 8, 1941 in Fort Gay, WV to the late Fred and Elizabeth Louise (Hill) Noe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Roy Douglas Noe.

 

Jim was a Christian and loved spending his time outdoors in God’s creation. He loved hunting, fishing, and just being on the tractor or in the woods.

 

Jim was retired from Kentucky Power after 34 years of service and was a member of Vinson Masonic Lodge #66 AF&AM.

 

Survivors include his wife Andarena Noe; daughters Kim Noe and Jennifer Noe Hillman;  grandchildren James Andrew (Diana) Noe and Kalee Brooke Noe; special boy Brody Caudill; sister in law Linda Noe; and many nieces and nephews he loved dearly.

 

The family would like to thank their many special neighbors for all their love, care and concern. There are too many to list. In addition; the family would like to thank Three Rivers Medical Center nursing staff; dietary staff, Dr. Workman, and Hospice of Huntington for all of their service to Jim and the family.

 

Funeral Services for Jim will be private.

 

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Noe and his family.
