Lawrence County needs to wake up and get with the times. It is crazy to be chasing ATVs which evidently in the case above involved a juvenile being in danger. So much liability for the county and sheriff department. Also to be letting all the special deputies, including Castle, be out policing will end up costing the county millions of dollars.
