The Martin County Grand Jury issued indictments on December 7. Jordan Delong is being charged with endangering the welfare of a minor along with possession of Methamphetamine in the first degree.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Jeremy Jarvis

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 16, 2023, in Martin Co, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

  1. Jeremy Jarvis committed the offense of burglary in the third degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering the WolfCreek Community Church with the intent therein to commit the crime of criminal trespassing.

  2. Jeremy Jarvis, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count is now being charged as a persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Brian Howell

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before July 8, 2023, in Martin Co, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

  1. Brian Howell committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine.

  2. Brian Howell committed the offense of possession/use of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered glass pipe.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Carmel Stacy

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before July 8, 2023, in Martin Co, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

  1. Carmel Stacy committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Jordan Delong

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before August 31, 2023, in Martin Co, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

  1. Jordan Delong acting alone or in complicity with a juvenile committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine.

  2. Jordan Delong committed the offense of endangering the welfare of a minor by knowingly and unlawfully being a parent, guardian or person legally charged with the care or custody of a minor fails or refuses to exercise diligence in the control of such child to prevent that child from becoming a neglected, dependent or delinquent child.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Haskell Mills

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before June 1, 2023, in Lawrence Co, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

  1. Haskell Mills committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 27.413 grams of Methamphetamine, $1,687.00 in cash monies, digital scales, with the intent to traffic in that Methamphetamine, or by trafficking in that approximately 27.413 grams of Methamphetamine, while in possession of two handguns and a rifle.

  2. Haskill Mills committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance, namely 12.570 grams of Cocaine, while in possession of two handguns and a rifle.

  3. The above named defendant committed the offense of possession/drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of pill crushers/grinders and altered pipes.

  4. The above named defendant committed the violation of failure to or improper signal by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Ky roadway without using the proper or required signals.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Johnny Moore

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before June 6, 2023, in Martin Co, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

  1. Johnny Moore committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately two baggies with 5.912 grams of Methamphetamine, $574.00 in cash monies, digital scales and a large bag containing small individual plastic baggies with the intent to traffic in that Methamphetamine.

  2. The above named defendant committed the offense of possession/drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of multiple altered pipes containing chemical residue.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Christopher Maynard

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 31, 2023, in Martin Co, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

  1. Christopher Maynard committed the offense of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon by possessing a Taurus brand 9mm caliber handgun.

  2. Chirstopher Maynard committed the offense of failure of non owner to maintain required insurance knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle without possessing the requisite motor vehicle insurance.

  3. The above named defendant committed the violation of no registration plates by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Ky roadway without proper registration plates.

  4. The above named defendant committed the violation of no/expired registration plates.
