Why wasn’t the teacher at Fallsburg who was arrested suspended? Must be in the Fletchers click! If it had been anyone else they would have been suspended or fired!
She was arraigned for assault 4th degree with minor injury and criminal trespassing 1st degree. So technically looks like she had to be arrested to be charged with those charges. With her being working with some special needs students I don’t think she’s safe to be around them

Get your facts straight, “ School Parent”.. She wasn’t arrested, gave a summons. She went to court and charges were dropped. End of story! 🙄

It obviously wasn’t school related, nothing shows she was arrested and the charges were dropped so no concerns with her doing her job.
But wasn’t she charged with assault and criminal trespassing?
