COACH’S COMMENTS

“… I’m super excited and proud of these boys. They’ve worked hard for the last month. They showed a lot of grit and discipline in these 3 games. They came from behind in each game to win. Our bats never really came back alive after the first game with Boyd, but they came through with some timely hitting. The boys played great defense all 3 games and that really carried us. Both Boyd and Jessamine came out strong in those 3 games and hung 3-5 runs on us in the 1st inning. The boys stayed composed the rest of those games and played great defense. I’m so proud of each and everyone of them they all did something each game for us to win.”

“… I want to give a big shout out to all the parents and coaches for this last month we’ve had some long days and weeks getting prepared for this tournament.  Another big shout out to everyone who came out this week and cheered these boys on.”

“… That’s back to back state championships for our 7U and it’s awesome being able to do it right here in Louisa. Lawrence County Baseball starts right here at Stella Moore.”
