Louisa, Ky. — Former Big Leaguer Chandler Shepherd is enjoying retirement from baseball and the next phase of his life.
Shepherd ( 30 ) is married to his wife Moriah and the couple has two daughters Adalynn 3 years old and Mylah who is almost 1 and they live in his childhood home in Louisa.
He officially retired in the fall 2022 and made his last official appearance in Mexico in July.
Shepherd made his Major League debut for the Baltimore Orioles on August 13th 2019 in Yankee Stadium against the New York Yankees and went four innings and struck out Aaron Judge for his first career punch out.
He made his first career start against the Toronto Blue Jays on September 17th.
Shepherd has been giving lessons the last couple of summers and will continue to do so when he can.
