LOUISA, Ky. — One of the town’s three main grocery stores held a grand re-opening today which will be ongoing until June 13th, District Sav-A-Lot manager Aaron Fletcher said this morning. Fletcher said the store has been completely redesigned for better convenience and many more brands for customers to choose from.

Local officials including Louisa mayor Harold Slone, joined store manager Kathy Stuart, office manager Teresa Whitt, and District Manager Fletcher and Tennessee District manager Freddie Crum, for the ribbon cutting today.

Fletcher is the district manager for Louisa, Inez, Ashland, Portsmouth, Oh., and Huntington, W.Va. Sav-a-Lot stores all of which are being remodeled. “We still have work to do including replacing the freezers with door type sets that will be more accommodating for our customers,” Fletcher said. “We are getting in several different brands to go with the other great foods we have always offered.”
