DOCTOR FEELGOOD:

PIKE COUNTY, KY. PSYCHIATRIST SLAPPED WITH  FEDERAL INDICTMENT ON DRUG CHARGES STEMMING FROM RAID AT HIS BUSINESS LATE LAST YEAR

PIKEVILLE DOCTOR LATEST LEGAL WOES GETS ADDED TO STATE CHARGES NEAR END OF 2022 AFTER FEDERAL RAID AT HIS OFFICE

MAY 27, 2023 – written by WADE QUEEN

SHRINK GETS SHRUNK: FIRST STATE DRUG CHARGES, NOW FEDERAL DRUG CHARGES FOR DR. JORDAN NOAH STAMPER, 51, OF COAL RUN VILLAGE, KY., BOTH CONNECTED TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES RAIDING OF HIS BUSINESS PRACTICE OFFICE IN DECEMBER 2022.

A Pikeville psychiatrist already charged with drug trafficking after federal authorities raided his office back in December, is now under a federal indictment as well.

Dr. Jason Noah Stamper, 51, of Coal Run Village, KY., was charged in Pike County District Court with trafficking and possession of meth and heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia at his business practice back on December 15, 2022.

During the drug raid at the office, officers discovered a bag believed to contain methamphetamine, along with the prescription drug Vyvanse, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.

On Thursday evening, May 25, a federal grand jury in Pikeville, Ky. charged him with distributing amphetamine.

The indictment alleges Jordan Stamper distributed the drug on four occasions from June to September 2022, “outside the scope of professional practice and not for a legitimate medical purpose.” Each charge carries a maximum potential sentence of 20 years in prison and $1 million in fines if Jordan Stamper is convicted.

Jordan Noah Stamper is currently out on a $20,000 bond-10% full cash; for the Pike County case, but federal prosecutors from the U.S. Assistant Attorney-Eastern District Office have asked a U.S. district federal judge to issue an arrest warrant for Jordan Stamper.

His name is not Jordan Noah Stamper but Jason Noah Stamper. He is not a heartless drug dealer. Did anyone stop to think he was trying to help someone get off drugs slowly by cutting it down over time. I know him very well and he saved my life by helping me in a similar way. I have been drug free for years thanks to Dr. Jason Stamper

Saved my life. Not due to drug use, but my mental health. He is a Saint in my eyes. Hopefully, since they have absolutely no evidence that would suggest distribution. Using and selling are 2 different animals. It is SHAMEFUL that this good man, this excellent mental health doctor is under such persecution. Mountain Comp, in my opinion, is behind every bit of this. He took all of Mountain Comp’s patients and they lost MILLIONS! It will all come out eventually. Mountain Comp is a DIRTY MONEY GRUBBING organization that cares little about either patients or employees.

In these troubled times i guess we should consider him a hero. Thanks for your good deeds Dr. Feelgood. The medical field could use more great doctors such as yourself. Pike county will miss you if you go away. Who will save the Pike County addicts?

This is not the whole truth to this matter. It says believes to be meth and heroin possession of it.. so is that really what it is?? Is that trafficking it?? Is that being in possession of what?? Even if their was a baggie of residue of what substance? Meth or heroin? They don’t know. Just throwing this Dr name out there like every other Dr and most good ppl that don’t deserve this.. omg believe to b possession of and now trafficking. They have no evidence and now what is it they have federal?? What is wrong with this article here. Really??
