Eastern, Ky. — Lawrence Co. ( 24-12 ) advanced to the 58th District softball championship game after a 19-0 victory over Prestonsburg ( 3-21 ) Monday night at Floyd Central. 

Taylor Blevins was one walk away from a perfect game against Prestonsburg Monday. 

Taylor Blevins tossed a no-hitter, struck out six and walked one, she also singled. 

Kensley Feltner singled, had three RBIs and scored twice, Abby Nelson singled, had three RBIs and scored once, Leah Branham doubled, had two RBIs and scored once, Ella Fitzpatrick doubled and drove in two runs, Shelby Blevins singled and had two RBIs, Allie Triplett and Addalyn Woods had two RBIs and scored a run, Bree Jones singled and scored twice, Dani Crum had one RBI and scored twice, Gracie Preece and Jada Patton scored twice, Abby Maynard, Jaylee Maxie, Ella Smith and Emalynn Kitts all scored a run. 

The Bulldogs will be gunning for their ninth consecutive District Championship on Wednesday. 

The Bulldogs will be aiming for their ninth consecutive District championships on Wednesday at Floyd Central ( 10-15 ) after the Jaguars beat Betsy Layne in the second game Monday first pitch will be 6:00.
