Rodney K. Thompson passed away peacefully, surrounded by love on Friday, December 23, 2022 at the age of 64.
Known by friends as “Hot Rod”, he always had a joke and never met a stranger.
Preceded in death by his father Joe, he is survived by his mother Nancy Thompson; fiance Sarah Savoy; brother Larry (Sharon) Thompson; sister Susie (Chad) Delong; son Michael Roberts; daughters Kelli (Rob) Pack and Pami (Jacob) Howell; stepdaughter Ahlam Horkos; several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Cemetery.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Thompson and his family.
