Elmer Ray Webb, 74 of Louisa, KY went to be with the Lord on Tuesday,  January 10, 2023.

Elmer was born July 2, 1948 to the late Earl Dewey and Bessie Webb.  Elmer worked for N&S Railroad 24 years as a machine operator and enjoyed spending time with his wife of 55 years, Phyllis, his children and grandchildren.

Elmer is preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Bessie Webb; and his siblings Dewey Lee Webb, Betty Duncan, Helen Frazier, Kathleen Doss and Rebecca Hardwick-Maynard.

His survivors are his wife Phyllis Webb; 2 children Brenda (Wilburn) Thompson of Fort Gay, WV, and E.R. (Brenda) Webb of Fort Gay, WV; six grandchildren Samantha (Austin) Merritt of Harrisburg, PA, Gary (Bailey) Einfeldt of Fort Gay, WV, Jeremy Webb of Tulsa, OK, Logan Einfeldt of Huntington, WV, Eric Webb of Morehead, KY and Mark Webb of Tuscaloosa, AL; one great grandchild Ryker Einfeldt of Fort Gay, WV; and one sister Lillian Hundley of Fort Gay, WV.

Elmer has many dear relatives and friends that he loved very much.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday,  January 13, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mac Ray Cyrus officiating. Burial will follow in the Robertson Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Thursday,  January 12, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Webb and his family.
