Tammy Carter, 48, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at her home.

Tammy was born May 21, 1974 in Louisa, KY to Elwood Cantrell. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her father in law Arnett Hogston.

Survivors include her loving husband Roger Carter; brother Emery Cantrell of Blaine, KY; mother in law Gloria Hogston; and many extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Old Path Baptist Church with Pastor Jeffrey Arnette officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Path Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 12:00 PM until time of service at Old Path Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Carter and her family.
