FROM 12:00 A.M., SEPTEMBER 21, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., SEPTEMBER 30, 2022, (10 DAYS); AT LEAST 98 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY.
OUT OF THOSE 98 ARRESTS, 13 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.
SEPARATELY, (4) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN ANOTHER COUNTY JURISDICTION (TWO (2) IN MARTIN COUNTY; AND TWO (2) IN BOYD COUNTY,WHO WAS ON A LATER DATE, EVENTUALLY BROUGHT BACK TO THE BSRDC IN PAINTSVILLE.).
PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M., SEPTEMBER 11, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., SEPTEMBER 20, 2022, (10 DAYS); AT LEAST 102 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY. OUT OF THOSE 102 ARRESTS, 13 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, (2) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN ANOTHER COUNTY JURISDICTION (ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY; AND ONE (1) IN BOYD COUNTY, WHO WAS ON A LATER DATE, EVENTUALLY BROUGHT BACK TO THE BSRDC IN PAINTSVILLE.). IN ADDITION,  THERE WAS ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY ON SEPTEMBER 7, THAT WAS MISSED TO BE ADDED IN THE LAST LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST REPORT, THAT VERY SOON THEREAFTER LED TO A FEDERAL INDICTMENT OF THE SUSPECT.
SEPARATELY, (5) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN ANOTHER COUNTY JURISDICTION (TWO (2) IN MARTIN COUNTY; AND TWO (2) IN BOYD COUNTY, ONE OF WHOM WAS ON A LATER DATE, EVENTUALLY BROUGHT BACK TO THE BSRDC IN PAINTSVILLE; AND ONE (1) IN SCOTT COUNTY.
HERE ARE THE FIFTEEN (13) ARRESTS IN LAWRENCE COUNTY, & THE FIVE (5) OUT OF COUNTY ARRESTS OF A LAWRENCE COUNTY CITIZEN, ARE AS THE FOLLOWING:
David R. Boyd, 29, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on September 22, 2022, at 9:20 A.M., by officer Jason Ruggles, of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with:
• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR TECHNICAL VIOLATION).
Leslie M. Triplett, 25, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on September 22, 2022, at 1:00 P.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, & was charged with: 
• STRANGULATION 2ND DEGREE.
Keith Allen Wiley, 32, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 23, 2022, at 7:21 P.M.,by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Officer, and was charged with: 
• DETENTION AND ARREST OF SHOPLIFTING SUSPECT (2 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS), 
• GIVING OFFICER FALSE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, 
• FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR.
Chad Franklin Caudill, 26, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on September 23, 2022,at 9:00 P.M.,by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Officer, & was charged with: 
• FAILURE TO APPEAR.
Jacob T. Evans, 23, of Kermit, West Virginia; was arrested on September 24, 2022, at 1:33 A.M.,by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: 
• ONE HEADLIGHT, 
• IMPROPER DISPLAY OF REGISTRATION PLATES,
• REAR LICENSE NOT ILLUMINATED,  • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT
• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL .08 (189A.010(1A) – 1ST OFFENSE.
Derek Duane Frazier, 36, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on September 24, 2022,at 10:37 A.M.,by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Officer,& was charged with:
• ASSAULT,4TH DEGREE DATING VIOLENCE (MINOR INJURY).
Joanna Williams, 53, of Blaine,Kentucky; was arrested on September 24, 2022, at 10:47 P.M.,by deputy Paul Wells, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Officer, & was charged with:
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.
Justin Roberts, 30, of Topmost, Kentucky; was arrested on September 24, 2022, at 11:22 P.M.,by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Officer, & was charge with:
• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1D) 1ST OFFENSE,
• ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR,
• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT,
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEG 1ST OFFENSE (LSD),
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (OPIATES),
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED,
• PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE,
• POSSESSION Of MARIJUANA,
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
Donna Sue Wireman, 43, of Leburn, Kentucky; was arrested on September 27, 2022, at 4:18 P.M., by trooper Skyler Taylor, of the Kentucky State Police, & was charged with:
•TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – ( < 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE),
• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – ( > OR = 10 D.U. DRUG UNSPECIFIED),
• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – ( < 20 D.U. DRUG UNSPECIFIED),
• TRAFFICKING IN LEGEND DRUGS 1ST OFFENSE.
Samuel David Collins Jr., 29, of Martha,Kentucky; was arrested on September 27, 2022, at 5:24 P.M., by chief deputy-sergeant Mason Keefer, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Officer, and was charged with:
*  STRANGULATION 1ST DEGREE, • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY,
* TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE.
Clint Edward Marcum, 40, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on September 28, 2022,at 10:37 P.M., by deputy Travis Music,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Officer, and was charged with: 
• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, 
• FAILURE TO APPEAR, 
• CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR FAILURE TO APPEAR.
Buck E. Miller, 66, of Vancleve, Kentucky; was arrested on September 29, 2022, at 12:46 A.M., by trooper Wesley Music, of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: 
• FAILURE TO COMPLY W/SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION (2ND OR > OFFENSE).
William W. Chaffin, 34, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on September 29, 2022, at 9:40 P.M.,by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: 
• FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (ON FOOT).

Elizabeth Marshall, 42, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested in Martin County,KY.,on September 25, 2022, at 12:00 P.M.,by Sheriff John H. Kirk, and was charged with: 
 • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY.
Brian Marshall, 48, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested in Martin County,KY.,on September 25, 2022, at 12:00 P.M.,by Sheriff John H. Kirk, and was charged with: 
• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY.
Eric N. Branham, 42, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested in Boyd County,KY., on September 26, 2022, at 12:18 A.M.,by an officer of the Ashland Police Department, and was charged with: 
• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), 
• GIVING OFFICER FALSE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, 
• CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON, 
• CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE.

Brayden Elijah Bays, 22, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested in Scott County,KY.,on September 30, 2022, at 8:56 P.M., by an officer of the Georgetown Police Department, and was charged with:

• TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE,

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION – FIREARM,

•RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $10,000 OR MORE.
