Derek Allen Crum, 42, of Louisa, KY passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022 at his residence.
Derek was born August 7, 1980 in Louisa, KY. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jim and Freda Rose and Frank and Linda Crum.
Survivors include his mother Teresa (Harlin) Colkmire of Catlettsburg, KY; father David Crum of Louisa, KY; three children, Blake Allen Crum of Grayson, KY, Derek Allen Crum, Jr. of Grayson, KY and Skylar (A.J.) Winter of CT; mother of his children Kori Hamburg; half brother Cory Crum; best friend Joey Adkins; and many other cousins, aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Young Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Crum and his family.
