Mary Lou Setser, 50, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on March 20, 2021, at 9:30 P.M., by deputy Wiliam Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Jeffery N. Spence, 30, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, Ky., on March 21, 2021, at 4:28 A.M., by the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
