LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST MAY 5 – 15, 2016

From 8:39 P.M. May 4, 2014 to 11:59 P.M. May 15, 2016; 136 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Out of the 121 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in the last 11+ days, 22 arrests were from Lawrence County. Those 22 individuals arrested are the following:

 

Thomas FullerThomas Fuller, 19, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on May 4, 2016 at 8:39 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION, • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLES UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 3RD.

 

 

William Douglas WhittWilliam Douglass Whitt, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on May 5, 2016 at 11:47 A.M., by officer Dallas of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with: • PAROLE VIOLATION (FOR TECHNICAL VIOLATION).

Audrey HornAudrey Horn, 26, of Louisa, was arrested on May 5, 2016 at 9:50 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • RAPE, 3RD DEGREE.

 

 

 

Amy D. BerryAmy D. Berry, 32, of Genoa, West Virginia; was arrested May 6, 2016 at 12:53 P.M., by trooper Zachary Scott of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT

 

 

 

Matthew R. CaudillMatthew R. Caudill, 33, of Louisa, was arrested May 6, 2016 at 5:00 P.M., by sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).

 

 

 

Alexis BoydAlexis Boyd, 21, of Louisa, was arrested May 6, 2016 at 5:00 P.M., by sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).

 

 

 

Nelson MillerNelson Miller, 27, of Flatwoods, Kentucky; was arrested May 6, 2016 at 10:10 P.M., by patrolman officer Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSING LICENSE WHEN PRIVILEGES ARE REVOKED, • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE(EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON.

 

 

Gregory A. KeatonGregory A. Keaton, 44, of Martha, Kentucky; was arrested May 6, 2016 at 10:31 P.M., by trooper Bryan Layne of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • BURGLARY, 3RD DEGREE.

 

 

 

Amber D. ElyAmber D. Ely, 29, of Columbus, Ohio; was arrested May 8, 2016 at 6:10 P.M., by sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

 

 

Crystal L. CantrellCrystal L. Cantrell, 29, of Webbville, Kentucky; turned herself in May 8, 2016 at 7:08 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Adams, 44, of Louisa, was arrested May 9, 2016 at 3:34 A.M., by trooper Jeffrey Moore of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATOR LICENSE, • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • RECKLESS DRIVING, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD, • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT,• FAILURE TO NOTIFY ADDRESS CHANGE TO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

Blake, 59, of Blaine, was arrested May 9, 2016 at 11:47 P.M., by trooper Forrest Newsome of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$10,000, • TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE, • HARASSING COMMUNICATIONS.

 

 

 

Tyler BurchettTyler Burchett, 22, of Hitchins, Kentucky; was arrested on May 12, 2016 at 1:39 P.M., by constable Paul Wells, and was charged with:  • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 2ND OFFENSE, • OPERATING VEHICLE WITH EXPIRED OPERATORS LICENSE

 

 

 

Jason F. KellyJason F. Kelly, 41, of Martha, Kentucky; turned himself in May 12, 2016 at 3:15 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

 

Clayton BurrissClayton Burriss, 42, of Vanceburg, Kentucky; was arrested May 12, 2016 at 4:06 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • SPEEDING 15 MPH OVER LIMIT, • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • CARELESS DRIVING, • DRIVING ON DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE -1ST OFFENSE, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.

Kenneth L. GauzeKenneth L. Gauze, 30, of Wayne, West Virginia; was arrested on May 15, 2016 at 3:13 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT, • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE.
