2016 SUMMER READING CONTEST ANNOUNCED: 
WINNER TO RECEIVE LOCAL “STAYCATION” PACKAGE

The Lawrence County Public Library, in partnership with the Lawrence County Tourism Commission, announces the 2016 Summer Reading Contest.

This year the prize will be a “staycation” package, designed to offer local activities for families to enjoy in Lawrence County. The prize package includes a tent set, kayak, fishing poles, campground passes, restaurant gift certificates, and more.

The contest will run from May 7, 2016 until May 27, 2016. All participants will be required to submit an entry form that lists library reading and program attendance requirements.
