Jeremy Vanover Jr. Jeremy Vanover Jr., 39, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; was arrested on February 14, 2017, at 11:58 A.M., by trooper Bradley Couch, of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR.

 

 

 

 

 

Timothy ScottTimothy W. Scott, 43, of Louisa; was arrested on February 14, 2017, at 7:00 P.M., by trooper Bradley Couch, of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged via a grand jury indictment with: • DISTRIBUTION OF MATTER PORTRAYING SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY MINOR, 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESS/VIEW MATTER PORTRAY SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY MINOR.
